What the medical professionals are saying:
“Endurasoak has helped my patients with recovering from soft tissue and connective tissue injuries. We have had great results with using this product to assist with recovery after strenuous workouts. I am pleased that there is finally a product that my clients can use on their own to help with both recovering from nagging injuries and preventing injuries after demanding workouts.”

The idea behind Endurasoak™
It all started with rose bushes. No really, there’s a story here folks. Amy, one of the founders of Endurasoak, was in the peak weeks of her marathon training when she decided to tackle a home-improvement project she had been putting off for some time. Having made up her mind, Amy set to landscaping her front yard that was infested with weeds, dead bushes, and other nefarious plant life. In the midst of uprooting deeply planted bushes, digging holes for the new plants, weeding, and mulching, Amy strained a groin muscle. At first she thought she could run through it, but little by little she finally came to realize it was indeed going to require some time off. Despite knowing this, she ran anyway, being the stubborn marathoner that she is. But running further aggravated the strain.
Unwilling to wait for nature to take its course, she started researching different methods to enhance recovery from injuries. After consulting with doctors, physical therapists, and massage therapists, she started to develop an idea based on Epsom salt soaks. Realizing many other powerful mineral salts were available, Amy started experimenting with different combinations of imported salts and essential oils. When she had successfully recovered from her groin injury, she was excited to share this new concept with many of her running friends. Amy also started incorporating it into her training regimen, taking mineral salt baths after all of her hard workouts and long runs. Feeling invigorated and strong, Amy tackled the Philadelphia Marathon to round out her marathon season. She finished in at 3:13:29, setting a five-minute personal record from her previous marathon in April.
So the company began…
As Amy and her colleagues researched mineral soaks and other recovery methods, a broader concept began to take shape. People spend a great deal of time planning their training routines, but sometimes neglect an obvious truth. You spend 95% of your training cycle recovering from exercise. Proper cool down, stretching, nutrition, hydration, and rest are all very important parts of the recovery phase of a training plan. The idea of treating recovery as another phase of training grew into the formation of Oasis Recovery Systems. While Oasis Recovery Systems started with mineral soaks, its mission is to promote the idea of putting just as much effort into recovery as you do into your workout. We will focus on researching and producing quality products that make the other 95% of your training as beneficial as your workout.
Best of luck in your training and recovery! Run Fast. Recover Faster!
